2007    Wrigley Marine Institute, University of Southern California.                          

Commissioned Artist                                                                                                     

·         Painted three 6’X 7’ panel paintings that will be exhibited on USC campus. Built, painted and installed panels.

 

2007    Kathleen Neely Macomber Travel Grant, University of Southern California.       

Public Art Commission                                                                                                                

·         Traveled to Fiji to study Fijian coastal cultural. From the acquired video footage, produced two videos that were projected onto the sails of a 58’ sailboat as is sailed through San Diego Bay.

 

2007    Masters of Public Art Studies Program, USC.                                                

Production coordinator and assistant technician for Technology Enhanced Learning.

·         Filmed class sessions and broadcasted them live on the web; coordinated recording sessions and implemented university policies and copyright laws.

·         Oversaw and organized public art archive.

·         Assistant project coordinator for Santa Monica’s first “Airport Art Walk;” an event that exhibited over 120 artists and brought in over 1500 visitors.

·         Lead in promotion, designing invitation, map, and periodical ads.

·         Project assistant for GLOW, an all day and all night cultural event set to take place the summer of 2008.

·         Assisted with website development, graphic design inquires, and printer operations.

 

 2005-   Coordinator of Joint Education Program (JEP) Public Art Studies Course 371, USC.

2006   

·         Coordinated undergraduate students as they taught 7th and 8th graders about public art. Created lesson plans and installed of an onsite temporary public art project.

 

2005-   Public Art Walking Tour Guide, USC.

·         Conducted public art walking tours through downtown Los Angeles for USC’s Public Art Studies Undergraduate course.

·         Contributed to the artist selection for the Galen Center’s public art installation.
